Job Description
As an Operations Engineer – Technical Escalations, you will collaborate with Client Operations, Product, and Core Development Teams to address and resolve issues raised by clients. You will monitor and manage the JIRA Queue, ensuring quick resolution for Service Requests, Bugs, and Troubleshooting cases while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration between Engineering teams and Client Support (CS).
