About the Role:

As a UX Designer with Dassault Systèmes, you will play a vital role in developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for enterprise applications built on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and key stakeholders to transform business goals into effective and elegant user experience solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop: Create intuitive, user-centered designs for enterprise applications on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to understand business needs and translate them into effective UX solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with business stakeholders to clarify needs before proposing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mockups & Prototyping: Create high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts and test usability.
- Documentation: Produce detailed design specifications and guidelines to ensure a shared understanding among developers and stakeholders.
- Design Culture: Collaborate with other designers and contribute to a growing design culture within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in UX, UI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or Business Process Analysis.
- Background: Candidates with an Engineering or Design background and Business Process Analysis experience are preferred.
- Location: This position is based in Pune, India (work from office).
